Stock up: A reaction to feedback from customers that were not able to find Purdy products in stock in their usual retailers. This ad was a tongue-in-cheek way to assure customers that stock levels are back to normal.

Purdy Cub: This brush was born from market research that showed that Purdy brush users were chopping down the handles of their XL brushes in order to make them better suited to work in tight spaces. The Cub XL retains the standard XL brush head but has only a half-length handle. A small change that became a big selling point. The ad focuses on that key feature with a play on words.
