Edif Group required a systematic rebrand and realignment of their group brands to bring the 3 main branch and their subsidiaries into order. The group has grown considerably over the last 90 years. A steady stream of acquisitions and mergers meant that the three main branches of the group had very different styles, structures and practices.
The task was clear, unite the group under a single visual style but allow a little wiggle room for each top-level branch of the group to keep a little of their own identity. Three distinct companies names were chosen. Edit - the parent company, Edif ERA and Edif NDE - the two top level subsidiaries. All other subsidiaries were rolled into these three central brands.
A fully responsive website was created to unify the three brands and ensure reduce the potential loss of customers confused by the change of look and feel. The website uses an innovative filter system to ensure that customers can browse the site but only get relevant results. A comprehensive set of collateral including brochures, technical documents, business cards, letterhead and exhibition stands were created to hit existing markets hard with a message of unity and strength.
