Millgate required a suitable brochure to accompany the launch of a development of multi-million pound houses in a rural part of the UK. With competing developments on the same site the brief was to ensure that this brochure stood apart from the rest.
The result was a beautiful layflat brochure printed on Fedrigoni Sirio Pearl Fusion Bronze and Fedrigoni Saville Row Tweed. The pressed herringbone pattern of the tweed had to be accounted for in the production process as this was one of the first layflat brochures to be produced using a textured stock. The muted effect of metallic gold ink printed onto the uncoated black end papers echoes the tranquility of the National Trust land that the development overlooks and works well with the dual gold foils.
A luxurious exposed shoulder box wrapped in the same fine Italian papers as the brochure itself completes the project. A simple ribbon system helped create an unforgettable opening experience for the end customer.
